Annex I, point 10a

Annex I point 10a prohibits presenting requirements imposed by law on all products within the relevant product category on the Union market as a distinctive feature of the trader’s offer.

What the scan flags

Features that may already be required by law for the whole product category. Whether that applies depends on the category; the scan can only flag the wording.

What the scan cannot do

The scan reads text on public pages. It cannot judge documentation, certificates or context, and it never says a wording is allowed.
