Future environmental goals and “net zero”

Article 6(2)(d)

Article 6(2)(d) treats claims about future environmental performance as misleading unless they rest on a detailed, realistic and publicly available implementation plan with measurable, time-bound targets that is regularly verified by an independent expert.
